Ralph Vaessen Joost Horn Sunglasses

Premium eyewear maker Ralph Vaessen typically creates the world’s most luxurious sunglasses, and this exclusive collection does not fail to deliver. Handmade in a small German studio, the Joost Horn sunglasses are crafted out of natural horn, an exclusive and very luxurious material typically reserved for the highest of high-end items.

Available exclusively in Europe at colette, the aviator-shaped frames are extremely lightweight, have elegantly sleek lines and are at a completely different level from your everyday plastic-framed glasses. These Ralph Vaessen Joost Horns are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces for real connoisseurs only.

Available in classic brown or modern black here.

Arnette Fall 2009 Collection

Known for their implication in skate/snow culture, Arnette is offering up 5 new interesting frames for this Fall. While all are modeled to have a sleek, contemporary feel, there is no doubt that these 5 frames are rooted in the hard-charging, action sports lifestyle you expect from the brand. Our favorite models being the Agent and Alter Ego, both are sleek, urban shades that are probably better suited for lounging around rather than charging down a slope.

Made from high-luster acetate and high-grade polycarbonate lenses, the Agent seems to be the brand’s answer to Oakley’s Frogskins, a retro-classic style influenced by the Ray Ban Wayfarer. With each frame available in a multitude of colors, there is no doubt you’ll be able to find something styling, no matter what sport you practice. Check out the entire Fall 2009 collection after the jump.

Available here.

Ralph Vaessen crafts his eyewear from premium, natural horn which has lightweight properties that not only make it luxurious but comfortable to wear.
The glasses are also handmade in Germany in a "small atelier" which should explain its oil sheik-friendly price.
